Valiani Manual - Pneumatic Mount Cutter

Hi All,

I have seen a couple of requests for an operators manual for the Pneumatic Valiani Mount Cutter.

I have scanned in my copy and im happy for it to be used by whoever. Bare in mind my machine in an older 'white square legged' version but the cutter head and operation i believe remains the same

Hi All

But of a discussion piece and hopefully some helpful insights.

I currently work with an Alfa Macchine 44, which is a lovely but of kit. But have been offered a Cassese 299m which im reliably told is a superior machine.

Does anyone have any working knowledge using both these machines>?

I have a manual for an older Valiani cutter. (white square legged version) but i believe the operation to be the same if not similar.

Hi Dan, Having used a the hydraulic Morso underpinner previously before upgrading to the Alfa Macchine 44. I would say the issues to watch out for are: Foot Pedal, this isnt the strongest of metals, and is prone to bending and tuhus reducing the hammer pressure, if you do buy the machine ensure you ...

Generally the word 'Spray Adhesive' does not have a place in a good framers vocabulary. :? It's unreliable and is made for temporary mock-ups. However, it can have it's uses and this is one.
