Our Artist Surfaces Department produces the highest quality wooden and aluminium artist surfaces for professional artists. We are building up the department and driving new business, so this is a crucial new role with lots of potential.

We are looking for a pro-active applicant with a committed and professional approach to work in our Production team, to drive and improve efficiency & capacity. This role predominantly involves producing our Aluminium products and running our priming service, so experience in welding and priming would be an asset but as long as you are practical and a good leaner, training will be provided. We also deal with a number of special one off projects, this will require someone who is creative thinking and can find solutions to client briefs. You will also cover the Production Team Leader whilst on annual leave, so this will require overall supervision of the department and order planning to meet deadlines. You must have excellent communication skills, you will also be a strong team player and able to work to production targets.
