US Framer, trainer and author Rob Markoff will be visiting the Art and Framing Convention for the first time in 2014. He will be delivering two great classes for us.

Saturday 17th May 1 - 3pm
Developing your competitive edge - Rob delivered this brilliant talk at Spring Fair International, where the only criticism was that it wasn't long enough ...so we've asked Rob back for an extended class giving you the opportunity to learn even more.

A competitive edge, according to Rob Markoff, CPF, is something a company does very well and its customers consider very important. In a broader sense, anything that makes a product different from that offered by the competition can be construed as an advantage, says the owner of Gallery Services, a commercial framing company, and Artrageous, a multi-store art and framing firm in San Diego, California. Lunch and Learn with Rob and LION: Lunch kindly provided by LION PFS

Sunday 18th May 12.30-1.30
Masterclass with Rob and Mark: Rob is joined by Mark Wilson for this short, sharp class on developing your gallery, art and framing businesses. Both believe in competing for business on quality and service not price, developing loyal customers who not only continue to frequent the stores they perceive as meeting or exceeding their needs, but will also tell others about these retailers. This class is part of the Sunday programme and is included in the day pass but do book to secure your place.
