End of an era in the South West

Post by Tudor Rose »

Sad news for those of us in the South West who use D & J Simons, our rep Stewart Cawte is off to pastures new after many years of sterling service. Dealing with Simons won't be the same without him :( :head:

So make the most of next week as his last day is next Friday (27th Feb).

For those of us who have got to know Stewart over the years, from his time with Ventons and then with Simons, he has been a fabulous person to know and a joy to deal with. He will be very greatly missed but we wish him every success in his new job.

I would also like to echo all that said about Stewart by Tudor Rose. Stewart has been a first class rep over the years and has been well respected within the industry. He will be missed by his many good friends throughout the south west. I also would like to wish him success in his new position.

Stewart did a great service for our company and I wish him well for the future, and every success.

I would like to announce that Jeff Sheen has been appointed the new representative for Simons in the South West. Jeff has had over 20 years experience in our industry, you may very well have come across him before, and he will begin work for us at the beginning of next month.

Yes, it is great news! Jeff is a superb rep and it is always a real pleasure seeing him when he calls. I have no doubt that he will be a great asset to Simons and their customers in the south west.

He's got a lot of experience behind him previously covering Surrey, etc., for Euro Mouldings before taking over the south west (again with Euro Mouldings), then with Frinton Mouldings / Wessex group, followed by Renaissance Mouldings and now D.J. Simons.

I would like to wish Jeff every success in his new position.
