These days "are what you make of them"...

Think what you want from the day & let us know - problem solving / techniques / top tips / samples / special deals!!!

Personally I wouldn't book a "full" day off - A&T isn't too far from you - tell them you have a dental appointment & will be in after lunch :giggle:

OK Phil - no pressure - but you have stiff competition from the A&T Edinburgh Branch. We had a great show up there today & Kevin & I will be judging you by the same criteria...

Time of first visitor to arrive - 9:30 for a 10am start
Time of last visitor to leave 4:30 from a 4pm finish
Number of visitors - well over forty
Number of machinery deals sorted (phone Dave at Edinburgh to scare yourself)
Cups of coffee that went cold because Kev & I were too busy talking - about 6 each
Quality of the refreshments - Yum Yum Yum - Steve's Wilma did us proud!!!

Nottingham - Are you ready??? :sweating: :giggle:

I just wanted to post a quick thank you for all those that popped along to A&T yesterday. I will be honest & say it wasn't as busy as Edinburgh - but still very worthwhile.

It turned out like a mini FFLive at one point with JGF / Trinity / Myself / John W / Odo Cat / Phil & a few others all having a good chinwag & enjoying the excellent sandwiches & drinks.

Kevin was busy & sold a fair bit of machinery - he is so impressive - he really should come on the forum & offer his wealth of knowledge to the rest of us.

The discontinued & special offers were also moving well - with Dave (nightmare) Knight & Andrew (penfold from danger mouse) Craig doing brisk business.

Thanks Everyone!!!

Hey Trinity - New Friends - That is what it is all about mate!!!

You must make a point of coming to FF Live 12 - It will be right up your street.

In fact - I will make a pledge - if you come along & stay for the evening bash - I will too!!!

Normally with the Spring date I have to dash off for a show in Scotland - or wherever - but this autumn date looks good!!!

OK - so it clashes with the last day of Photokina (what's that???) just the largest Pro Photo Trade Show on the planet!!!

Oh!!! - OK so it won't bother any of us then :giggle:

Well I will make sure I have a stand in - in Cologne!!

how inconsiderate of them Steve!

yes, it's going to be a good good event. Probably no livestream this time, so if you want to learn stuff you need to COME!

there will be a deal on the Hotel - £130 DBB for 2 peopls or £100 DBB for one person. Details will follow on how to make a booking once we've made sure the hotel are singing from the same hymn sheet

there is also a new Premier Inn opening up about 3 miles away and a Holiday Inn Express about 4 minutes away if you want a "budget" option for the night before.

:D Afternoon !

Phew ! Now that the dust has settled, thanks to Steve & everyone that came along to our event on Wednesday. Just about everyone that came spent some hard earned money & hopefully went away a little more enlightened. It was VERY VERY VERY nice to meet some new customers & it was just as nice to catch up with more familiar faces as well. Thanks for supporting our event in Edinburgh last week & the Nottingham one on Wednesday. We hope that you are able to give the forthcoming event in Belfast next week the same support too.

:D Phil.
