Imprint on glass

Post by pramsay13 »

I got in 4 x 30 year old prints to re-frame, and there was a perfect imprint on the inside of the AR glass.
Unfortunately I had to clean the glass and re-use it otherwise I would have been tempted to make a feature of one in a box frame, perhaps with a light source behind it.
This is a picture of one with my strip light behind it and my hand as the big smudge on the left hand side. It is tricky trying to hold the glass with one hand and take a pic with the other.

I would have replaced it with new piece of glass and kept the old one as an example of what happens when the work is up against the glass, kind of a Black Museum, good selling tool.
