Wizard circles

Hi Everyone hope someone can help whenever i cut a circle on my wizzard from the from or the back it doesnt cut all the way around and the piece is left attached by a couple of mm
any ideas

I don't have a wizard but for a temporary fix, rotate the design 90 degrees (180 for an oval) and cut again.
