With software installed upon a PC, available for a customer to view a simulation of their finished product, I assume it is necessary to first photograph their artwork, so that it can be loaded into the simulation programme. Is this correct?
If so, does the customer wait whilst the photo is being taken, processed and uploaded?
Or does he/she leave the artwork, and return later?
What would be the norm?

Re: Simulation
preview - from john - owner here
it does it in realtime
ie leave a camera connected to the software, can photo art, and as long as you have the mouldings etc setup you can design the frame there and then
