Charging customers to browse?

Post by JohnMcafee »

"A grocery store owner is charging customers to browse after becoming fed up with people who enquire but don't buy.

A poster telling customers they'll be charged $5 for browsing if they don't purchase anything has been put up at Celiac Supplies in a Brisbane suburb."

Details here.

What if someone comes in and then goes out again and comes back in. Does that count as two browses? Can you buy an all-day browsing ticket?
