customers you gotta love them!

Post by stanhol »

Original enquiry from a local business was, we have 50 photos and 50 comments that need to be framed for an anniversary gift. No problem says I! Let me have the photos etc and i will put a couple of designs together.

Today I eventually receive the photos and comments, 6 photos and 8 comments!!!!!!!!!!! With this attached.

Hi there!

I will be forwarding all of the photos and comments that I’ve collected for ****. My idea is to place the comments and photo of the sender beside each other so we know who is sending the comments. I think different sizes of the photos are fine, so it looks creative. I am thinking of like a mural design. Somewhere within the frame, it should read something like, “****, A big thanks and congratulations for 10 years at *****!” The frame obviously has to be the right size and not too big (relative to how many photos and comments). You may want to choose a nice background color, like a deep red or whatever will make the comments and photos look good.

Not quite sure what the RIGHT size is!

Off to measure up!

Hi Merlin,

No, not 1m square now  wish they could count! :Slap:

They now want something very different! A tree design was mentioned. I have ideas and with so few photos it shouldnt be a problem and maybe quite good fun.

Thanks again for all your help.

I have got a very good customer who's daughter has just had her house finished and when will the frames which she hasn't yet ordered be ready.

Today 5.30

:head: :head:

Sorry she didn't order them earlier the decorator hadn't finished.

:head: :head: :head:

Why the **** do people decide last minute to have their houses re decorated for a Christmas party the week before Christmas. I'm sure the guests aren't going to say to her nice room but where are the pictures.

I just hope us picture framers have a special place in heaven............

away from customers and preferably next to the bar.
