Double post - cannot delete

Just posted a reply to "Back of Frame", clicked submit once but message has been posted twice. Selected "delete" form second message but have error message that says I cannot delete from this forum. Mod, can you please delete for me !.
Must be the heat, my age etc etc.
This post was also doubled up but accepted a delete. Went back and tried the other and that deleted as well.
Need to lie down.
