Obversations.

Question.... I click on 'who is on line' quite a lot, just to see if anyone (bar the bots) is replying to/starting anything before I go elsewhere. Tonight I saw that someone was "posting a message" (not a topic) and at the same time someone else was "replying to a message", what's the difference?
Also - I think I have worked out why you only have 15 minutes to edit a post - it takes 15 minutes to go 'live' and you cannot edit after it has done?
You submit a post/topic and you can see it instantly, but no-one else can until those 15 mins have passed????
