Setting up a table of stocked mouldings makes your life a lot easier when it comes to stacked frames as it allows you to define your own name for each moulding that you stock.

Say you were pricing a job that had three stacked frames.
Innermost: Arqadia 308244358
Then: Sisslings 480-Antique
Outer: Simons APOL/0012

If you have not set up your table of stocked mouldings, then in order to price the frame, you must enter
"AQ.308244358+SS.480-Antique+SI.APOL/0012"
(without the quotes)
Y
Also, you must enter this in a continuous flow, because if you pause for too long the program will think that you have finished, and if it doesn't understand the entry up to that point, you get the pop-up you describe.

On the other hand, if when creating your table of stocked mouldings, you gave each of these mouldings a brief name (My Id.). For example: -
For AQ.308244358 My Id = 123
SS.480-Antique My Id = 87
SI.APOL/0012 My Id = 16

Then pricing your job is a snap, you just enter
"123+87+16"
