Backing Board Costing

Post by Merlin »

I am having a look at the programme now..
Where is the costing for the backing board incorporated.. I use Corri Cor on some jobs and 2mm MDF on others and of course wish to pass that on to the customers..
Also sorry to sound dim. but where is the cost of the cut out in a standard mount. I charge £1.50 on top of the mount cost for the first window, then £1.00 for any other 'letterbox' or multi aperture.. It is labour afterall

The program assumes that the glass price includes the backing board - on the assumption that it would be a very rare job that required glass without a back.

If you use different types of backing with a significant variation in costs (remember, the program rounds prices to the nearest 10p), enter a new set of glass prices which incorporate the more expensive material in addition to the default set.

The program assumes that a single window is always cut in the mount. Additional windows cut in the mount are priced as a mount decoration. Go to Options/Prices where you can define the price required.
