HI,
We are having problems picking mount colour from screen, where a re we going wrong?
The colour shows in the left box, but not the main colour mix box ? Does that make any sense?!

Haven't seen this one before. Perhaps you could provide a few details.
What operating system are you using?
How old/slow is your machine?
Has this behaviour just started, or at one time did both boxes get updated as the mouse pointer was moved over the image?
Does the larger box have any colour in it, or is it constantly white? Is it always the same colour regardless of which mount has been selected?
Have you clicked Options in the Colour Picker and changed the sampling method? (3x3 average is a good choice)

It was being used on Server 2003, which perhaps is the issue.
I know when we have previously used the function is will have been on an XP machine.
The larger box was staying white. I will check the sampling method and we will try it on XP.
