Manually updating a Supplier's price for moulding

Post by Bagpuss »

I've been looking at an invoice from D & J Simons, the price for moulding 00S4/03 is showing as £70/100 feet or £2.30/metre ( not inc VAT ). The moulding table is showing 216p/metre. I downloaded the Suppliers moulding table and then clicked the "refresh prices" button.

The price was still 216 so I overwrote it to 230 and then clicked Save. I was wondering what would happen when I refreshed the prices again so when I refreshed I noticed that the price has gone back to 216 :( Can you tell me how I manually overwrite Supplier prices when their table price is not up to date ?

Thanks,
Adam (BPuss)

Simons have overlooked sending us the latest update to their price list.

You could try mentioning to them how much you would appreciate it, and how much it would help you (and other of their customers using EstLite/BBEst) if they were to keep EstLite up to date with their prices.

Otherwise you could key them in yourself as explained in the help file (Under How to, look for the section titled Import A Moulding Price List).

Good luck with whichever option you choose. :)

I have no problem with that Adam.

I have always found Daniel to be very willing to help in this regard.
