I have just signed up to bbest and am finding it a great help. I will eventually upgrade once I get the hang of things. My question is how do I find a customers previous work sheet, besides hitting the arrow keys back until I come accross it).

Hi Daisy,
BBEst is the basic version of the program, it does not "remember" customer and job data, it has no way to recover a previous worksheet.
EstLite has many more features, including a database that has a powerful search function that will allow you to locate jobs and/or customers with ease.
This page outlines the functions of EstLite and BBEst.

Ahhhh, I see. thanks for your very prompt reply. Already I have noticed a financial gain, and its only been a few days, so hopefully it won't be long before I upgrade.
