This is the result of EstLite being unable to access its data.

Usually caused by an over-active anti-virus program.

There should be a way of letting your AV program know that EstLite is trustworthy.

If this information does not help you, rather than starting the Abbott and Costello type dialogue that's usually needed to bring me up to speed, give me a ring on Monday morning (after 8:00).

Thanks John, I have a go at the AV, and if that's no good I will take you up on your offer and give you a ring on Monday.

Just a up date, got the program working, and managed to restore from the Backup OK, when I start Estlite I have a dialogue box
005.PNG
005.PNG (44.72 KiB) Viewed 7883 times
Which I can live with
But I've tried dragging my suppliers moulding price lists into Estlite, but they don't or rather I don't get the "Do you want to add this file" dialogue, nor does it get added. :head:

Estlite works fine, I will have to find a way to update the mouldings later

There are ways of turning off the bothersome Windows UAC for a single application See here.

EstLite is extremely fussy about the format to the moulding tables that it will accept, there's a bit of a discussion about this in the help file See here.
If you need any help with this send me the file and I'll take a peek.
