Yet another moulding ID test for you all!

Post by Tim »

Yup - another of these 'can you do me another one of these' customer requests....

This frame is at least seven years old, and looks to be made from a plain 'Rose & Hollis' style moulding which has been given the liming wax treatment, but I might be wrong.

It's 70mm wide (parallax errors in the photos, sorry) and about 50 deep.

If it helps, it was probably orginally framed in Scotland,

Can anyone ID it? and if so, is it still available anywhere? If not, does anyone have a couple of lengths at the back of a garage/warehouse/large sofa that they'd be willing to dispose of ?

Cheers

Tim

Hi Daisy - I can't find H29 on the HOlroyd website - do you have a link to the profile? The Lion one is too 'Flat' at 33mm if you see what I mean.....and too wide at 90mm. It may have to do at a pinch though.
