double mitre saw trouble
I have a Cassese double mitre saw and the left hand saw blade sticks after the cut, including the compressed air fed pads to hold the moulding, and the blade doesn't return until you switch off all power
Has anyone had this before and solved it or does anyone know of a service company to give it an overhaul
Thanks
Tim

Re: double mitre saw trouble
I would give Neil Stout framingengineer.com a shout, mine has the same problem occasionally it may be valves sticking or something electrical Neil has now fixed it but I can't remeber what the cause of it was.
Hope that helps.

Re: double mitre saw trouble
Yes mine was a sensor because my bin was too full and there was a bit of wood stopping the blades from moving
Working again now
I did tell him that he didn't empty the bin for me when he serviced it

Re: double mitre saw trouble
I always fear the worst but there is usually a simple solution. Neil I find will always talk you through and try and sort it out over the phone if it is something simple.
