Hi guys, thanks for your help so far, every enquiry Ive made on here has been fruitful with a positive outcome, the last one leading me to getting a decent gun (framers points!) So cheers.

Can you give me pointers to suppliers of bevelled mirror glass please

I'm happy with my supplier but I need a size that is not one of their standard. They can cut to size but to get one off the peg in the size i need would be good, Thanks all, DJ.

Yeah thats who I use, just wondered if theres anyone else, theyve given me a quote for the size I need, just wanted to see if anyone had a standard size close to it to save the wait.

Typically any vendor/supplier who does custom sized beveled mirrors will stock the pre-cut sizes also and should be able to provide you with a list of those sizes?

Keep that list handy as often a customer's "needs" for a certain size are very close to an existing pre-cut size, and over here that can save 20-40% in costs.

P.S. I would imagine that Wessex has a printed price list of pre-cut sizes?

I have used Centrado for "cut to size" bevelled edge mirrors.

Hi, yes I have Wessex pre-cot sizes and use them all the time but they dont have the size I require but as I said will cut to size. Thanks all I will look at the different suppliers youve recommended see if they have some different standard/pre-cut sizes, Thanks again, Dave J.

And by the way Kwik Picture Framing, UK I was listening to Public Image Ltd Rise on youtube as I read your answer, I'd searched funboy 3 the lunatic have taken over the asylum and the PIL track came on automatically after just as I read your post! weird!

You could try quoting the size you require, some one on the forum may have won laying around their workshop
