My Taurus has started leaking air.
Does anyone know if it possible to buy air valves for Taurus underpinners anywhere
or if there is an alternative valve that would do the job?

Taurus fitted the Univer brand of valves to their machines so if you do a web search for the Univer number on the item you will find the parts online, if not then an alternate version would be available from other suppliers.
Please note that just because the air is leaking from a particular item does not mean that part is definitely faulty as air will always find the shortest/easiest route to escape but may originate from another component.
