Can't tell exactly without measurements but looks like a279 obeche from Rose and Hollis, then painted.

It could be one of the bull-nose slips from Frinton

Thanks for replies! apparently the sample when shown to the customer was painted so thought it might be an intentional distressed paint look so perhaps not a R&H one...it does look a bit too rough to perhaps not be painted by hand...hmm

Arqadia do something very similar in two or three shades, has that sort of pre done paint finish.
