Help, I have an awful time making perfect joints, I have the best equipment,dbl. miter saw , ITWamp underpinner, what am i doing wrong?

Big question. Could be many things. The first thing you should look at is the saw. Is it properly calibrated?
A big factor is the blades.

I'd suggest paying somebody to come to service your equipment, and show you what they're doing.
