Cassese CS 1 Cart

Post by Tom Chambers »

Can anyone advise what the height of a Cassese CS 1 Cart machine is? I know the overall height is 1200mm but trying to find the height of the working table so I can plan my bench heights ahead of getting the machine, unfortunately not able to find any info on Cassese website or manuals.

Thanks
Tom

Hi Tom -

My CS1 is standing 940mm from floor to working table. This is with the adjustable feet extended to their maximum. You would be able to lower the whole thing by about 10mm if you wound the feet right in. I also stand the machine on a 50mm homemade plinth as I am 6'3 tall. I find the extra height, which is the height of my bench, makes working much easier on my back. Having an extra high bench makes life much more comfortable, as you have to remember that you're going to be spending a lot of time on your feet. Hope this is helpful. PM me if you need any more help.

Best wishes
Jonathan
