Large Print Matte

Hey Everyone,
I am relatively new to making and doing my own framing and matting. To date most of the work has been standard size photos but I have a large format canvas print I am having trouble in sourcing a blank or even pre-cut matte for. The print is a 60"w x 34" tall piece that I want to matte and frame. I'd like to have a 3" border around the piece so am looking for a blank I can cut down to 66" x 40". I am in Southern California, USA. Does anyone know of a source where I can get 8ply matte board or even good quality cardstock at this size?
Thanks in advance for any direction you can provide.

which is based on your side of the pond, I'm sure you will get help there

Hi and Welcome Synthtony. :D

Have to say I wouldn't use a mat on a canvas print. They are printed on canvas to allow stretching. Mats are for paper art.

And, even if it were on paper I wouldn't use a card mat. Sourcing the board and cutting it is an extra problem you don't need.
If you must have it with the matted look then use a flat liner which can be mitred. For work that size you need the 'mat' to be
much thicker than std board/ About +8mm (?).

Thanks for the tips. Good to connect with friends across the big water. I will rethink the approach and see if I can post result when done.
