I bought one on ebay I am an artist to cut boards for my work I do not have a manual for it Can anyone help please It looks old I have bought new blades It seems to cut ok but I cannot work out the measuring method It has a round plastic disk on the end of a short measure I do not work out how to use this Any ideas Thanks Owen
