Artwork files for re-production

Post by theprint.ninja »

Hi all

We are trying to introduce a range of high quality re-prints and open edition prints of some of the famous out of copyright artists such as RAVILIOUS ERIC and the like, and did what most people would do and contact the family. Who while very helpful and advising that his works were out of copyright this year, they did not have a master collection or file of images that we could use.

There are a number of companies I see that look to have access to the whole collections, and I have spent time looking at photo libraries, and museums who licence etc, but can only find 3-4 prints.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. Van Gough Museum for example as all his images as high res but thats about all I can find.

Thank you for your help!
