A customer brought me in a frame and wants to match it - any ideas who supplies this?

Thanks Gerard

Looking at my Frinton frames catalogue it could be from their Vic range. Not every width of frame in the Vic range has exactly the same ornamentation, also Frinton have a very wide range of colour combinations in their finishes, so matching it up with the original frame will require some care.

Many of frinton frames mouldings appear to start out as from the compo mouldings range, but then Frinton do their magic and add their own additional ornamentation and their amazing finishes. I have a large collection of their corner sample, but have not suceeded in getting customer orders for their frames so far, but their work is truely amazing and I doubt if you will see better anywhere.

Matching Frinton frames is a bit problematic as the finishes are applied by hand and will vary.

They are very helpful though, and if you sent them the image that would at least help a bit.
It loos to me like Medium Ant Gold /Light Grey Wash (LGW)

As a matter of interest, what is the width of the moulding? (less liner) I'm guessing 3".
