Very fragile Chinese silk fixing

Just had this in the customer just wants it fixed to the signed backing paper and glass straight on top.
looking for suggestions please to fix the ink/silk/Rice Paper ? to the backing paper (Not exactly sure what it is apart from very fragile, It has been done for them recently on a visit to China)

First off, is this a decorative piece or something that has to be preserved (conservation framing)?

Second, an air gap between the art and the glass is essential for conservation framing.

Third, non-buffered alpha cellulose or better boards should be used for organic materials such as silk.

I would not attempt to use any adhesives to attach the silk to the signed paper backing. The signature can be encapsulated and placed in a second cutout of a mat (mount) or on the verso side of the frame package.
