Makes no difference to me as I’m online only, so I would check first. Things change….

As it stands, no masks or screens will be required by law. However the government are advising it will be good practice to still wear a mask in busy places. I suspect large supermarkets will advise mask wearing, but it will no longer be breaking a law by not wearing one.

I suspect in any case, most customers will have been vaccinated (2 Jabs) if anything like my customer base. Most adults 40 plus are jabbed, and although the vaccine is not 100% effective, data shows it is doing a decent job

This huge increase in new cases are mostly young people. My son who is 17 is isolating for the 2nd time in 5 weeks and in fact he won't be back to school till September as there are so many teachers isolating, they have closed for the term.

He knows quite a few at school who have tested positive, but non have been ill with it. They have been taking 2 lateral flow tests otherwise many would not have realised they had it.

It will just be a case of keeping up to date with the news as it may change again before Monday.

I may opperate on an appointment basis with also the possibility of selling items in the widows via a small opening in a acrylic screen, which secures into the shop door frame after the the shop door has been opened. I am already considered as vunerable as I have coronary heart disease, I've had two strokes, I am a diabetic, an Asthmatic and I currently under investigation for an over active thyroid and low sodium, so I definitely need to be careful.
