Minor stuff
Warning now given before a second instance of the program is opened.
Only a single instance can be opened in Vista.
Some tidying up of reports.
When saving the report as a CSV file some data was being dropped. This has now been fixed, but the output is poorly formatted. So a CSV file can be generated using the Job history independently from reports. Some users are able to connect this CSV output to their accounting software.
