But I am hopefully moving to somewhere where there are 100% more BMW's and Mercedes than my present location and hopefully a bit of passing trade though i am not really looking for retail. :giggle:

I had a look at Altrincham a few years ago, there was not a single shop empty, and the prices in the art shops was astronomical, I think it would be great for a framer there.

Robo I used to have my shop in Altrincham I closed it 10 yrs ago. They don't spend their money there. :evil:

I am looking for Industrial premises but with a bit of passing trade, but not the mainstay of the business.

Again Alderley Edge and Prestbury are places where people live but not spend their cash. A very smart gallery selling high end originals,opened in Alderley edge and lasted less than a year I think.

We have six lads in the workshop so when Centrado drops off some chocs. They're gone before they hit the worktop.
Much like the cow being fed to the velociraptor.

Good job they haven't left me any otherwise I'd be worried they were trying to kill me off..........I'm allergic to chocolate :(
