No I like the rain to much
But I am hopefully moving to somewhere where there are 100% more BMW's and Mercedes than my present location and hopefully a bit of passing trade though i am not really looking for retail.

And all the best Alistair. Prestbury would be good, or even my old stamping ground of Bramhall

Re: Great Service and Choclates
I had a look at Altrincham a few years ago, there was not a single shop empty, and the prices in the art shops was astronomical, I think it would be great for a framer there.
Re: Great Service and Choclates
Robo I used to have my shop in Altrincham I closed it 10 yrs ago. They don't spend their money there.
If and when I move I will tell you all.

Re: Great Service and Choclates
I am looking for Industrial premises but with a bit of passing trade, but not the mainstay of the business.
Again Alderley Edge and Prestbury are places where people live but not spend their cash. A very smart gallery selling high end originals, opened in Alderley edge and lasted less than a year I think.

We have six lads in the workshop so when Centrado drops off some chocs. They're gone before they hit the worktop.
