There are possibly forums for picture framers in other European countries. One I do know exists is in Russia - not sure if that helps you.

yes I know Russia has. I honestly no longer even interested in equipment for the workshop guillotines stitching, packing everything in a word for the production of photo frame, but shabby.
Maybe someone knows the sites in Europe where you can buy equipment for the workshop
