No more hooking

Post by GeoSpectrum »

I have had a few issues with hooking on my Ulitmat Futura. I had new workbench which was fitted last week, but one arm of the bench wasn't quite wide enough for the cutter so I took the little rubber feet off and the cutter is now sitting flat on the work surface with each end overhanging by about an inch, just enough to clear the end assemblys. Result? perfect cuts, no hooking. I assume the cutter was flexing. It is now rock solid.

I have had various problems with mine - it is the monster sized one, I assume this will solve my woes! Might try putting some KLB offcuts between the very large gaps.
