Rose & Hollis

Post by bodyspirit »

Does anyone know the situation with Rose & Hollis?

All I heard before Christmas was that they had short notice to move from their premises in Marlborough Road. Adrian, when I last spoke to him, said a letter had been sent out notifying everyone of their new address but I did not receive it.

I've tried placing an order this morning but the phone remains unanswered. Does anyone have the new address and phone number please?

We didn't get a letter as such, ours was a slip of paper in with a batch of invoices.

The new address is Unit 3C The High Cross Centre, Fountayne Road, London, N15 4QN

The phone number should be the same and they were due to be back open from today.

Having said that, we have tried to place an order today and can't get hold of them either so maybe they took a bit longer to get sorted or BT have let them down swapping the phone number over in time.

What, BT let them down with their excellent customer service, surely not? :giggle:

Just managed to get hold of them on the phone and placed our order - so sounds like they are back up and running.
