You know it's going to be a good week when.........

Post by Steve N »

......... I've cut and joined all this week's frames and have not needed to order any moulding in from suppliers

That was yesterday

Today came in and the computer for the Valiani would not boot up, so could not cut any mounts for our mail orders that came in over night or any of the custom framing orders either, :xcomputer: :xcomputer:

Calm has descended, IT guy has came and we are up and running :ninja: :ninja:

How is your week so far

Not far behind you  much smaller batch though I bet

All my rims are cut and joined. I too have always worked in batches. Mounts are all cut on my "Kimberly" including two that have 9 and 12 apertures respectively, the rest all are double mounts including one sport shirt. :)

Glass and backs are cut so I will be assembling from tomorrow and completing the only hf frame in this batch.

I am pleased that the last of a certain black "high gloss" deep rebate and expensive moulding has been used up on this shirt. I have requested a sample of D&J Simons ECON/0034 and if suitable will bite the bullet and buy a case because of the price. :giggle:
