Minigraf 4s underpinner

Hi everyone I'm having problems with my underpinner not pushing any V nails up.has anyone had this problem or knows what could be wrong..Cheers ...Dean

Hard to say, but the first thing that springs to mind is a build-up of dried glue/miscellaneous gunk on the channels that
guide the nails. Only takes a very slight misalignment and the hammer will not get a good contact or none at all.

I'm not familar with the intricacies of the Minigraf, but I have to de-gunge my Euro regularly. :P

If you think about it, the hammer has to come up a get a good purchase on the first nail in the stick without hitting
the one behind. Not a great deal of tolerance. One minute particle of detritus can throw things out of wack.

These two parts need replacing,the V nail pusher has been pushed upwards and now has a bend in it and the brass guide rail has been damaged on the end,I don't suppose any one has these collecting dust on a shelf anywhere...Cheers Dean
