I would agree with Steve N. Being able to reply and have a text conversation would be essential in my opinion too. We do that with our customers all the time.

I have built a wordpress website and have made it that it sends an email - and a text - to the customer when the job is completed.
There are a couple of companies that I've tried for the SMS - but have come down in favour of clickatel - It allows me to put my mobile number as the reply - so when a text is sent it appears to come from my mobile - and replies appear on my mobile.

Yes, I understand why txt replies would be useful. I'd just rather have someone call me - I believe you get much better communication that way. But, listen
...... That's just my opinion and I can appreciate not everyone agrees.
On another note - it's cold today!
