Hi all.
New Tab 7 tab gun arrived this morning. Using rigid tabs. So far so good. Ill keep you posted on how well this value tab gun stands up to wear and tear. However, so far I have to say it is quite impressive.

I've not heard of this particular gun until recently and know nothing about it, but if it's a cheap far eastern imported product aimed at the hobby market, then I would not expect it to have very much durability compared to leading brand professional product which is designed to give a lot of years of constant service.

The impact required to fire tabs into wood is quite considerable and causes metal fatigue to both hobby level products and professional level products, but the difference it that the professional products are designed and constructed to withstand these repetitive impacts for a massive amount longer. Sorry, but it's worth buying the best if it going to get hammered day in and day out. Experience teaches that you usually get what you pay for!

Used the tab gun for the first time today. Rattled through a number of frames with no issue. However I take note of the previous comments and will keep you appraised re re. issues, durability. etc.
