It's a bit hard to tell the exact shape from a photo, but it looks a bit like Simons M0099B, or Rose and Hollis A111, in both cases it would with something else stacked inside the rebate to add a little extra detail. I'm guessing that it may also be hand finished from looking at the way the distressing matches on both sides of the mitre, but I'm really not that sure about that as it's hard to tell from the photo.

Yes.... It looks like M0099B to me with another bit inside that has been painted and distressed. :)

Thank you. That looks about right. I was really hoping that it may be a finished moulding as although i can replicate it, i am flat out so was hoping a quicker job. Ho hum.
