I've only had one order on LJ since the rebranding and went to Bedford to collect because of the delivery issues.
I have'nt received an invoice by post as I normally would have but it is available online under the "customer service" "my account" headers at the top of the page.

I was registered with Arqadia for online ordering so received invoices by email.
Under the new LJ system, I don't receive said emails but instead get invoices from "my account" on their website.

The terms have changed to 30 days from invoice date, whereas before the due date was the end of the following month,
so we no longer receive monthly statements (which used to come by post rather than email).

I’ve now started receiving invoices again. By email.

Most of them have shipping incorrectly added, so my rep has been getting me credit notes for the shipping.

When I inquired I was told they were still having issue producing statements, but that it will slowly get sorted.

As for the payment terms being changed - I must have dealt with hundreds of Arqadia invoices over the years and I don't ever remember it being anything other than 30 days from date of invoice. The only framing suppliers I've known with the "due at the end of the following month" are Nielsen Bainbridge and Centrado.

You could well be correct about the terms but it doesn't affect me because I always pay straightaway.
In fact with LJ I have a trade account at their insistence, I would prefer to pay when placing an order (because it saves me time).

The only other framing supplier I have a credit account with,
Ashworth and Thompson, give a discount for prompt payment, which I naturally always take advantage of.
There are two other companies that I regularly buy from but pay these when ordering.
I have also been in this business for more than a fair while, I am pretty sure that the now defunct companies that we dealt with previously
such Magnolia, PFM or Holroyd were end of following month due date.
At the risk of sounding sarcastic, I am surprised Neilsen are still trading, given what they were like in the 90s.

OMAN

As an aside, I've just returned from Oman where Arqadia do some nice business.
Speaking to the buyers and/or owners, none of their customers in Muscat have been informed of the name change
There must be a good reason, but I cant begin to guess what it might be :Slap:

The new Arqadia/Larson-Juhl price list is shocking. Why split up mouldings into their collection categories?! It makes no odds to me what collection they come from. It used to be dead easy to find a moulding but now its almost as difficult as navigating the Simons price list!

This LJ rebranding has been a disaster!

Got to agree on the price list, luckily I would refer to pricing online or within my pricing system so would hardly consult the hard copy.
