Hoping for some help with market reseach...

Hi! My name is Yasmin and I'm new to the board. Apologies if I am posting in the wrong section, please feel free to nudge me in the right direction...

A little about me. I love photography and art. I grew up in a household where painting was fully encouraged. I'm working for a company called PhotoWonder, and feel very fortunate to work in an industry which is conducive to my personal interests! A long time ago now I did work experience in a Framing Shop and loved the experience. The company I work for are very successful in photo restoration for photo shops and are hoping to be able to support Framing Shops with additional photo gift services, things that people can buy directly from framing shops with the added bonus of you being able to sell them great frames to go with the custom artwork. With our digital painting skills we are offering more and more photo gifts such as Pop Art, Caricatures, and Oil Paintings converted from people's photographs.

So, now that we've been introduced I'm really hoping you would be kind enough to help me with some market research. If you could read below and let me know what you think of the services I would be immensely grateful.

We do photo restoration (make old photos look new), photo enhancement (make skin clear, remove stray hairs, braces, non-flattering things) and photo to fine art conversion (change a photo to look like a water colour or oil painting or make caricatures. The idea is you or your customer would scan the image, you’d transfer it to us online and we’d apply the desired effect and send it back to you. Turn around is a guaranteed 4 working days and less than 48 hours is typical. I don't have specific pricing yet but it's reasonably priced and would be something you could mark up 50% or more. We’d provide marketing materials / posters. It's a great way to sell larger prints and more frames and canvases. I’d really like to know what you all think. Again, any thoughts would be most appreciated.

So, what do you think of this kind of service? Is this something you think your customers would be interested in? For me it means a lot to be able to be able to keep the memories of my family intact and in perfect condition. Our family photos mean more to me than most things I own, but I am sentimental! That's just how I feel, though.

Are you set up to scan images like old photos or school photos and portraits?
Can you / would you prefer to print these out in house or would you hope that we could do that as well?
Are you set up to stretch canvas prints or would you want it pre-stretched?
Any advice on what would you all recommend as far as marketing this to framers? Which services from the website do you like best and think I should highlight?
