Morso F for Sale

Post by oaksmithstudio »

We've just upgraded to a double mitre saw and are now looking to sell our trusty Morso F. We bought this brand new four years ago from Lion and it's still in near perfect condition as we're a small studio and have only cut moderate amounts of frames on this.

It's metric and comes with arm extensions either side. It has all the bits and pieces like rebate support, guards, manuals / documentation etc. It also comes with three sets of blades which have been regularly sharpened by Mainline over the years.

Here are a few photos.

Looking to sell this from August onwards.
Get in touch if interested.

Cheers, Anna

I wouldn't sell it keep it there are plenty of occasions when a a mitre saw wont do the job ie cutting slips for mounts. If you never cut slips for mounts then fair enough, but I would keep it personally. I am a commercial framer with a Cassese 939 but would never dream of letting the morso go. If you ever have problems with your saw or compressor at least you can still cut mouldings.

The main reason we wanted to sell is that space is at a premium here... but perhaps it's worth taking down, storing away and keeping for emergencies as required. Food for thought. Thanks.

Sadly we don't have a cellar. Nor an attic. :(
But following Alistair's wise words, we'll keep it for the time being and see how we get along with (and without) it.
