Mount Cutter

Post by Nick Reader »

I am looking to get a new Mount Cutter, I like the look and sound of the Valiani Astra, or even a wall mounted Smart Mat (like the Esterley) Does anyone know where i can see a demo video of the Astra, and how does it compare to say the Fletcher 2200, Logan 650 Framers edge or a keencut ultimate gold? I also would be interested in a 2nd hand good machine.

I have a 60" X 40" SpeedMat mountcutter with manual clamps and manual head, with end trimmer for sale. Comes with heavy duty wall brackets from the manufacturer. Very good condition with no damage or marks. These macines are virtuallly indestructable anyway. Cost new over £3,500. Make a sensible offer. But the buyer has to collect, its very heavy. Its located three miles from the M6
