Hi All

I am in the market for a 12 inch Laptop, any ideas? GOT TO BE 12 INCHES.

I have just missed a bargain - a Packard Bell BG45-U-300 at PC World for £249.99, every store has sold out. I even went to the trouble of ringing the stores within a 20 mile radius just in case the website was wrong.
I have spotted a refurb Philips 12NB5800, boxed and mint for £299.00 plus the VODKA AND TONIC. Any good?
Since a member of this forum, who shall remain nameless, wants to relieve me of my hard earned, I have had to scale down from my first choice and love - a MAC.

We have a laptop which is at 12.1 Inches but I think its a little more than your willing to spend.

The award winning XR-1 will survive everything a framer can throw at it! A snip starting at £2600 for the basic model!!

Blimey. At that price I would want it to summon an armed response squad automatically if someone nicks it.

They can sort of do that. We can do it so when they have been nicked and the thief connects to the internet it phones home so you know exactly where it is. Its up to you if you send the heavies or the police round!

No one wants to be serious about my 12 inches... 12 inch laptop that is.
