Framiac update today

Post by Mikey the 2nd »

Hi all
Has anyone noticed an issue with Framiac since todays software update? DJ Simons mouldings seem to have disappeared.
Waiting for helpline to get back to me but as previously mentioned they aren't the best.
Thanks
Mike

I noticed that there had been a Simons moulding update this morning, but hadn't checked since then. Looking at it now, there are some mouldings showing if you go to suppliers, moulding and choose Simons - but very few compared to normal. Looks like something has gone very wrong with the update.

Keep us posted if you don't mind!

Latest from Framiac Jo

I've checked the update sent by Simons, that's all the was in it. I've let them know they've made a boo-boo. Hopefully they will sort it soon.

Yes, we had the email too. Sounds like an error from Simons, rather than Framiac. Glad it is sorted.

I have found in the past, Simons moulding price lists for different pricing programs, often have some of the mouldings missing :head:
