listing fees £0.20
1st class post medium parcel £5.65
profit & overheads say £2.00

please help me with my pricing i think i need help in understanding the costings

a sheet of board can make 4 20*16 mounts
so its not 3.45 its 3.45/4 so less than a quid

Don't copy somebody else prices, work out what it will cost you as it's your overheads that need to be covered, the ebay seller could be buying the card by the pallet (500+ sheets) so they get a really good price, so you will not be able to complete with them, also they will have a business account for posting, again cheaper Don't even try to complete on eBay unless you have something unique to sell or you have the buying power to buy in bulk.
On one of my sites the starting price for one 16x20 is £5.25 partly due to the extra packing for only one mount that size.
