Keeping in touch with Customers by Email

Post by Bagpuss »

For quite some time I have meant to do a mail shot to my customers, I have quite a number of customer email address after 5 years but have never emailed them : ( I'm not very good at self promotion :Slap:

I use Outlook in Office 365 for emailing but was wondering how you mail a few hundred customers, I understand there are other applications out there that you can use but I'd be interested to know how others keep in touch by e-mail.

Thanks in advance,
Adam/Bagpuss

We've been sending out newsletters by email (and snail mail and hand-out) for years - they're just in a contacts category which can be sent to in one hit.

Don't forget the opt-out/unsubscribe.

I use mailchimp. Very easy to use and free. I've around 100 email addresses now and I send out a regular monthly email newsletter. (Regular right up until June's that I have missed from being so busy).
