theframerspricingapp

Post by carpman »

Hi, i have this app to help with pricing for the small amount of framing i do.

I am trying to get my head around how it works, but am a bit lost.

For instance, what are

Frame Base Cost
Mount Base Cost
Glass Base Cost

How do you work them out?

thanks

I think you can expect a bit of help from the app designers considering what you paid for it.
I'm guessing it's a basic cost for each portion of the job, e.g. frame base cost is your minimum figure for making a frame so even if it was the tiniest frame it would still cost that much. It will then add more according to how big the frame is.
How you get to that figure will depend on many different factors and this has been discussed extensively on other threads if you search for pricing frames etc.
